Cross-sector experience: She has worked in diverse industries such as banking and insurance, FMCG, supermarkets, home appliances, real estate, travel, mining and resources, media, social and government research.
Strategic and methodological skills: Chen blends strategic thinking, methodological rigor, and cross-cultural understanding to deliver practical and meaningful insights that support decision-making and strategy.
Project management: She is experienced in managing end-to-end research programs efficiently, ensuring methodological integrity and delivering robust, data-driven outcomes.
Chen’s recent work includes a large-scale quantitative tracking project for a major property group monitoring residents’ lived experience and a multi-country brand and communications tracking program for a leading resources company.
