A recognised leader in behaviour change, Kathy partners with clients to turn evidence and insight into clear strategies that influence attitudes, shift behaviours and achieve outcomes at scale. She has led national initiatives across some of Australia’s most complex policy areas, ensuring responses are both evidence-based and grounded in lived experience.
Kathy is a trusted adviser to senior decision-makers, known for clarifying the core problem, shaping practical solutions and navigating high-stakes environments. Her expertise spans family and domestic violence, respectful relationships and consent, child safety, community cohesion, the National Disability Insurance Scheme, aged care reform and preventative health.
She is also a specialist in engaging vulnerable and hard-to-reach audiences, youth, those who are culturally and linguistically diverse, and First Nations peoples helping clients design policies, programs and communications that are safe, inclusive and effective. Alongside her advisory work, Kathy builds executive capability within government, equipping senior leaders with the tools to apply behaviour change to complex problems in practice.
Kathy brings more than a decade of board and global executive experience. Prior to joining SEC Newgate, she was Co-CEO of Verian Group (formerly Kantar Public) across Asia-Pacific.
